This residence of almost a thousand square meters built on a magnificent plot of land with trees and flowers rises on three levels. Situated on the hills of Tangier, it enjoys an exceptional view of the city and its surroundings, quite breathtaking. This resplendent oriental house opens onto its traditional patio with a 12 meter high dome but also onto intimate, warm and bright spaces. You will discover several lounges there, the Persian in the shades of nature, the European lounge magnificently decorated and adorned with antique pieces of art, then the dining room offering a view of the 17-meter swimming pool and its Taj Mahal-style pavilion. The residence has 5 suites, two of which are incredibly spacious upstairs with dressing room, bathroom, jacuzzi and showers. On the first floor, for your comfort and tranquility, we have arranged a very beautiful library lounge with fireplace as well as a bright veranda with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. At garden level, a wellness and games area was installed for your comfort and entertainment. A large kitchen with its service spaces complete the interior of this residence.
